I agree on gay slurs 100%. And in this context it would seem appropriate to allow Officer Dunn the right to say what he will -- the man did risk his life protecting VP Pence, Cruz, Pelosi and many others, after all.

And it totally depends on context. In this context, it seems almost offensive to censor the man.
