HOWEVER, despite no evidence and no need for it, they recommend making it illegal to mail absentee ballots to all eligible voters and individuals on the committee support other things like fewer drop boxes. So no evidence mailing absentee ballots caused fraud, but let's stop it anyway. And reduce the number of drop boxes. So, maybe give them a C instead of an A+?
